Implementing the Green Agenda for the Western Balkans

The policy paper summarizes recommendations for a successful implementation of the Green Agenda for the Western Balkans (GAWB), developed over the course of two expert workshops, organized in the framework of the project “Aspen Western Balkans Stakeholder Forum 2021” which primarily focused on decarbonization as part of the first pillar of the GAWB.
