On Thursday, November 27, 2024, the Aspen Institute Germany will host the first virtual meeting of the “Future Cities Go Glocal” initiative. The project aims to promote exchange between city stakeholders from Berlin, New Delhi, Nairobi, and Mexico City to share best practices, build new networks, and develop policy recommendations for sustainable, inclusive, and future-oriented urban development. The session will officially introduce the participating urban stakeholders, offering them the opportunity to connect and share their personal and professional backgrounds. This interactive event will establish the foundation for cross-border collaboration, where diverse perspectives will contribute to innovative solutions on key issues such as climate change, energy security, and sustainability.
