From January 15 to 17, 2025, the Aspen Institute Germany will organize a study trip to Warsaw as part of the project #InfluencersAgainstDisinfo: Empowering Online Opinion Leaders to Enhance Democratic Resilience in the Age of Information Manipulation. The goal of the project is to bring together influencers and content creators from across Europe, especially from Eastern Europe, to strengthen democratic resilience and promote a value-based dialogue on disinformation. During the trip, participants will have the opportunity to attend thematic workshops and discussions to deepen their understanding of the challenges posed by disinformation. A special highlight will be the exchange with politicians, decision-makers, and experts, where best practices in dealing with disinformation will be presented and discussed. This event marks an important milestone in the year-long collaboration of the project, where participants are working together to build a cross-border network to strengthen democratic values in Europe.
