Are we ready to meet the challenges of today and tomorrow? – On April 10, 2019, the Aspen Institute Germany and GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB co-hosted an exclusive discussion with guest of honor Nik Gowing, Founder, Director and Co-Author of “Thinking the Unthinkable.” Addressing international leaders from various personal and professional backgrounds, Nik Gowing shared his thoughts on the new challenges facing leaders across the world. The following discussion provided an opportunity for all participants to share their own experiences on global leadership challenges. It focused on new pressures on corporate and political leaders, the ‘new normal’ of de-stabilization, and the mindset and behavior appropriate for the new disruptions.
