The media exudes significant influence on the information and the public opinion forming, and consequently on international politics. Recognizing the influence and knowledge media representatives hold, the Public Program frequently hosts International Press Roundtables. The event format features a discussion between four to five representatives of the international media landscape who evaluate topical events from a journalistic perspective. Previously, these International Press Roundtables covered Joe Biden’s election as 46th President of the United States of America, the G7, NATO & EU-US Summits, the German Bundestagswahl, Joe Biden’s first year as the U.S. President, and the the presidential elections in France. The International Press Rounds are held on a quarterly basis.
