Roundtable Discussion on “Shaping the Path to Montenegro’s EU Integration – Key Challenges and Current Political Developments”

On May 17, 2019, the Aspen Institute Germany hosted a roundtable discussion on the topic “Shaping the Path to Montenegro’s EU Integration – Key Challenges and Current Political Developments” in cooperation with the Centre for Monitoring and Research (CeMI) and the Institute Alternative (IA) in Podgorica, Montenegro. Zlatko Vujović, President of CeMI‘s Governing Board, Ms. Nikoleta Đukanović, CeMI‘s Executive Director, Ana Đurnić, Public Policy Researcher at the Institute Alternativa (IA), and Ambassador Dr. Christian Hellbach, Director for South-Eastern Europe, Turkey and the EFTA States in the German Federal Foreign Office discussed the state of reforms in Montenegro as well as the country’s EU integration process against the background of recent political developments in the region.
