We are honored to announce that Aspen Institute Germany in cooperation with Allianz SE is hosting an exclusive moderated discussion on September 8th, 2022, with United States Ambassador Dr. Amy Gutmann in Berlin. The event entitled “Zeitenwende, Midterm Elections and the Transatlantic Relationship – USA and Germany in the Age of Change” will take place in the context of Amy Gutmann’s first seven months of service period in Germany, which priorities she set and how it has been shaped by the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Following a keynote, U.S. Ambassador Dr. Gutmann will discuss the renewed and reformed transatlantic relationship and its future with three young leaders Anna Kantrup, Philipp Mühl and Marlies N. Murray. Dr. Stormy-Annika Mildner, Executive Director of Aspen Germany, will moderate the panel.
