On June 20, the Aspen Institute Germany and the Association of Friends of the Aspen Institute hosted our traditional Summer Party again at the Mendelssohn-Remise.
We were honored to welcome Oleksii Makeiev, Special Envoy on Sanctions from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and Dr. Katja Leikert (CDU/CSU), MdB and member of the Committee on Foreign Affairs, for a moderated conversation on Putin’s war on Ukraine.
Following the conversation, everyone got together for a summer reception in the courtyard of the Mendelssohn-Remise.
