Together with Dussmann das KulturKaufhaus, we hosted the virtual book presentation of Janina Kugel’s “It’s now: Leben, führen, arbeiten – Wir kennen die Regeln, jetzt ändern wir sie” on May 25th. Consultant, spokeswoman and author Janina Kugel was responsible for more than 380,000 employees in her role as Chief Human Resources Officer and Member of the Managing Board at Siemens AG. By means of innovative ideas, she managed to transform the corporate culture of the large corporation step by step – away from rigid structures and towards an open and flexible approach. Her motto: “Only those who actively shape change will be successful.” Moderated by Dr. Stormy-Annika Mildner, Janina Kugel shared her personal experiences and assessed what it takes to assert yourself in a rapidly changing work environment.

The recorded book talk (in German) is available via YouTube:
