Outside the city center and close to nature in of Brandenburg’s lake district, Aspen Germany convened the participants of the 26th edition of the Leadership Seminar “Philosophy and Practice”.
Using the Socratic method and under the skillful guidance of expert moderators Leigh Hafrey and Ruth Girardet, participants discussed the most fundamental questions of the human condition. The seminar offers a group of select participant the opportunity to debate their own actions in a protected and confidential atmosphere and to sharpen their definition of good and ethical leadership. Diverse perspective and inspiring controversies drew from an abundance of experience and a variety of interpretations.
The Seminar offered the rare opportunity to reflect on own values and to discuss leadership with participants from across society within a confidential atmosphere.
