As institutional partner, the Aspen Institute Germany is delighted to announce this year’s digital edition of the Munich Cyber Security Conference. Founded in 2014, the MCSC represents an outstanding space for exchanging and discussion solutions to the numerous challenges in information and cyber security. The event sheds light on the responsibility of decision-makers and on effective strategies and agile management concepts to adequately address current cyber challenges and future developments. ‘
The MCSC will take place virtually on the eve of the 58th Munich Security Conference and brings together top-level industry management with leading figures from academia and politics. As guests of honor, we expect Lisa Monaco, Deputy Attorney General of the United States, Georg Eisenreich, Bavarian State Minister of Justice, as well as Margaritis Schinas, Vice-President of the European Commission in charge of the Security Union. We are also pleased to welcome General David H. Petraeus, US Army (Ret.).
With the title “Drifting Clouds – Leadership Perspective son Addressing Evolving Cyberthreats” the conference will cover various topics such as cyber resilience in supplychains, future cybersecurity challenges and a transatlantic view on government cybersecurity priorities involving numerous international speakers. We look forward to an afternoon with interesting panels and engaging discussion which will take place from 2:00 p.m. until 6:15 p.m. CET on Thursday, February 17.
